For over 20 years, the New Zealand Islamic Information Centre (NZIIC) and the Masjid At-Taqwa Da’wah Team have been dedicated to sharing the true, beautiful, and peaceful message of Islam across New Zealand and the wider Oceania region. We are honoured to be among the first organisations to initiate Da’wah efforts in New Zealand. We are accredited by the Federation of Muslim Scholars of New Zealand (FMSNZ)—an association of qualified Islamic scholars and du’aat, operating under the At-Taqwa Trust, with members serving various regions throughout New Zealand and Oceania.

Our centre serves as a reliable hub for authentic Islamic resources, providing free copies of the Noble Qur’an and essential educational materials to individuals, communities, and institutions across the region. Our mission is to present the teachings of Islam as conveyed in the Noble Qur’an and the authentic Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, in accordance with the understanding of the earliest generations of Muslims (Salaf al-Salih).
